Any product sold under the website https:\/\/www.buriram.shop will automatically be under the \"7 day return\" policy in which<\/p>

the terms and conditions will be defined by the company, whereas the period available for refunding or replacing products will begin once the customer has received the ordered products. The terms and conditions are as follows.<\/p>

  1. Products that are purchased at their normal price will be replaceable or refundable within 7 days of receiving that product.<\/li>
  2. Conditions for replacing products<\/u>
    • In the event that the delivered product is damaged or defective<\/li>
    • In the event that the delivered product is incorrect or not the same as which was ordered ie. different size, color<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • In the event of a product replacement, the supplier will have to check the stock before confirming whether the desired product is replaceable or not.<\/li>
    • Products that are to be replaced must be in pristine condition with its labels still intact.<\/li>
    • Products purchased from the online store is not replaceable at a physical store.<\/li>
    • Products purchased from a physical store is not replaceable at the online store<\/li><\/ol>

      Products that cannot be replaced<\/u><\/p>

      1. Products that has extra design features ie. pattern screening<\/li>
      2. Discounted products or products from bundle sales<\/li>
      3. Products that had been laundered or worn<\/li>
      4. Products that had been damaged outside of the production line<\/li>
      5. Smaller products such as key chains, mugs and stickers<\/li><\/ol>

        Cost for replacing products<\/u><\/p>

        1. In the event that the incorrect product is delivered or the delivered product is damaged during delivery or production only, the supplier must be responsible for the cost regarding the replacement of that product.<\/li>
        2. In any other event, the customer must be responsible for the cost of transferring the product back for replacement.<\/li><\/ol>

          Product replacement system<\/u><\/p>

          2. Products that are to be replaced will be checked within 7 working days to approve whether the product is replaceable or not<\/li>

              2. The company and supplier reserves the right to change the refund policies without prior notice with full discretion as seem fit.<\/li>
              3. In the event that the customer is to request a refund, the customer must contact the company with the following information; first name, last name, bank account number and proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt. Once the following information is received by the company, the verification process will take up to 15 working days. In case of a successful verification, the company will then contact the customer.<\/li>

                1. The company provides a countrywide delivery service in Thailand for its goods.<\/li>
                2. In which the company will process the delivery once payment has been received and verified, the customer will be sent a delivery number for tracking the delivery to his\/her order history in his\/her profile.<\/li>
                3. In the event where the customer purchased less than 740 BAHT of goods, the company will charge an extra 40 BAHT as a delivery fee. However, if the customer purchases over 740 BAHT, then the delivery fee will be exempted in which case the company will be responsible for the delivery fee instead.<\/li>
                4. Delivery duration<\/li>
                5. Standard shipping: Delivery will take 3-5 working days<\/li>
                6. Express shipping: Delivery will take 1-2 working days<\/li>
                7. If payment is received after 12:00 p.m., the products will be sent for delivery on the following day instead.<\/li>
